About these terms

These terms cover plixuno.com and PLIXUNO's drawing, exploration, and online community features. By using them, you agree to these terms and the community rules below.

PLIXUNO is operated by Mungunshagai Tumurbaatar, based in Japan.

The iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a different license is expressly provided with your App Store download. These service and community terms apply alongside that license. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to create a PLIXUNO account. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use PLIXUNO with permission from a parent or guardian. Additional local age requirements may apply.

Provide accurate age information and use an email address you control. Keep passwords and verification codes private. Do not impersonate others, use their accounts without permission, bypass access controls, exploit purchases, or interfere with the service.

Your creations

You retain the rights you hold in your original creations. Only share content you created or have permission to use.

When you choose an online or sharing feature, you permit PLIXUNO to store, process, display, and deliver your content as needed to provide that feature and handle safety reports. Public gallery entries and marketplace listings can be viewed by other players. Copies already shared, exported, or acquired by another player may remain with them after you remove your original.

Marketplace access does not transfer a creator's copyright. Respect the creator's rights and any usage terms shown for the item. Device-only projects are not automatically backed up or synchronized; export creations you want to keep before deleting local data or uninstalling the app.

Community rules

• Be kind. No bullying, insults, hate, threats, or harassment.
• Respect a no. Do not pressure, spam, or share private information.
• Do not share sexual exploitation, graphic violence, illegal content, scams, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Mute or block unwanted contact. Report a message or creation that makes you feel unsafe.

We may review reports, restrict shared content, or suspend online access to address violations or protect players. Contact support if you believe a moderation decision was mistaken. Automated checks do not detect every harmful message.

Use AR in a safe space. Stay aware of people, traffic, stairs, and obstacles while looking at the screen.

Subscriptions & coins

PLIXUNO Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation sheet show the available benefits, billing period, localized price, and any offer before you confirm. Prices and availability can vary by storefront.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your PLIXUNO account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Use Restore purchases in PLIXUNO to restore eligible subscriptions. Coins are separate consumable virtual items, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. Their balance and eligible in-game purchases are associated with your PLIXUNO account. A coin purchase does not include Plus unless expressly stated.

For billing and refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. Refund eligibility follows Apple's policies and applicable law. Contact PLIXUNO support if a confirmed purchase fails to unlock its content.

Service & contact

Features vary by device, build, region, and store configuration. Online services can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages. TestFlight builds are pre-release software and may contain bugs or change before release.

You can stop using PLIXUNO at any time. Delete your account under Settings → Account & recovery → Delete account, or follow the deletion instructions. Our privacy policy explains limited records retained for purchases, safety, and legal obligations.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the published version. Where required, we will notify you and ask you to accept material changes before using the affected features.
