About this notice
This notice covers plixuno.com and the PLIXUNO mobile drawing and exploration game.
PLIXUNO is operated by Mungunshagai Tumurbaatar, based in Japan. Contact the operator at privacy@plixuno.com.
Features can differ by build, device, region, and store configuration. This notice separates active account and online-play behavior from purchase or advertising integrations that remain unavailable until configured. The date above identifies this version.
Visiting our website
You can browse the landing, support, and privacy pages without creating an account. The website does not currently accept waitlist sign-ups or payments.
Vercel delivers and protects the website and can process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested address, referrer, approximate location, and request time. Vercel Web Analytics is configured for aggregate page views when enabled on the deployed project. PLIXUNO does not send drawings, account form contents, or custom advertising events to this website analytics integration.

Your account & age check
PLIXUNO requires an email account for normal game access. Supabase Auth processes the email address, password credential, verification and recovery codes, session information, and provider security logs. The PLIXUNO game server receives a verified account token, not your readable password.
Signup asks for a player name and birthday and records acceptance of the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules. The birthday is checked to confirm that the player is at least 13, converted to the age band 13–17 or 18+, and removed from the stored signup metadata. PLIXUNO retains the age band, player name, agreement versions, and acceptance time needed to operate the account.
On a supported phone, saved authentication credentials use the operating system's protected credential storage. The game server links the verified Supabase identity to a PLIXUNO player ID used for social, marketplace, wallet, and moderation records.
Drawings, Smart pose & AR
The app saves personal drawings, characters, joint adjustments, painted places, clothing choices, profile settings, game progress, postcards, and preferences in an account-specific workspace on your device. These local projects are not automatically uploaded or synced to another device.
In a native build, Smart pose uses the bundled model on the device to suggest character joints from your drawing. Development previews can use a separately configured local-network service. The feature does not use drawings to train a model. You can skip Smart pose and edit joints manually.
On a supported iPhone or iPad, the AR drawing feature asks for camera permission, scans visible surfaces, and places or draws 3D content in the camera view. PLIXUNO processes the camera view on the device and does not upload or save the live camera feed. An exported miniature file can contain the artwork and words visible in it; saving or sharing that file is your choice and the receiving app then controls its copy.
The installed game includes developer-prepared narration and sound effects. Playback does not record your microphone or send your drawings or voice to the audio-production provider.
Purchases & advertising
PLIXUNO contains support for an optional Plus subscription, cosmetic purchases, coin packs, and capped advertising, but these services remain unavailable when the required App Store, RevenueCat, and advertising settings are not configured. Free account, creation, and play features do not require a purchase.
If purchases are offered in your build, Apple processes payment and RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, product, transaction, purchase history, and entitlement status to provide or restore access. PLIXUNO does not receive your full payment-card details. Subscription cancellation and billing are managed through your Apple account. See Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If advertising is enabled in a future build, Google AdMob can process device or app identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and impression information. PLIXUNO would request age-appropriate, non-personalized treatment for eligible players and check required consent before requesting an ad. See Google's privacy policy.
Email & service providers
Supabase provides account authentication and the production database. Render hosts the PLIXUNO game service. Resend can deliver account codes and, when lifecycle email is enabled, transactional messages such as welcome or completed-deletion notices. These providers can process the account or technical information needed for their part of the service, including email addresses, message-delivery status, IP addresses, device or browser information, logs, and timestamps.
Read Supabase's privacy policy, Render's privacy policy, and Resend's privacy policy. Provider infrastructure and support can involve processing outside your country.
Storage & deletion
Device data: personal projects remain until you delete them, delete the account through the app, clear app data, or remove the app, subject to copies held by device backups or files you exported elsewhere.
Account and online data: authentication, profile, relationship, marketplace, wallet, and moderation records remain while the account is active. Live room state ends with the room or server process, except material copied into a safety report. Service providers retain operational logs and email-delivery records under their own policies.
To delete an account in PLIXUNO, open Settings → Account & recovery → Delete account, re-enter the current password, type DELETE, and confirm. The request blocks access, deletes the Supabase login, removes local personal app data on that device, and redacts the hosted social profile. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, the backend keeps a deletion request and retries cleanup.
Deletion removes relationships, room messages and strokes, owned-inventory access, and unsold listing artwork. Items already purchased by another player remain available to that buyer. Limited transaction references and redacted moderation decisions or enforcement history can remain for ownership, fraud prevention, safety, legal obligations, and dispute handling. PLIXUNO does not currently promise a fixed deletion date for those retained records. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Players under 18
PLIXUNO currently allows account creation only for players age 13 or older. A player who enters a birthday indicating an age below 13 cannot create an account. Players age 13–17 are recorded only in that age band; the exact birthday is removed after the eligibility check.
PLIXUNO uses the same safety rules, block and report controls, and restrictions on sharing personal information for all players. Parents and guardians should help younger players choose a non-identifying player name and understand that room chat and published creations are visible to other participants.
If you believe a player has shared personal information or bypassed the age requirement, use the in-game report tools and contact the privacy address below. Do not send additional sensitive material unless it is needed to identify the request.
Your choices & contact
You can keep personal projects on your device, decline camera permission, skip Smart pose, leave rooms, avoid publishing marketplace items, and use block and report controls. You can manage camera access in iOS Settings and App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. PLIXUNO can ask for enough information to verify that a request concerns your account.
